Carmen Andrews-Sanchez, Advanced Spanish |
Carmen Andrews-Sánchez has been teaching high school Spanish for 12 years. She currently teaches at Silverado High School in Las Vegas, NV where she also serves as the Foreign Language Department Coordinator.
Carmen holds a B.A. degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Earlham College that included study at Estudio Internacional Sampere in Madrid and at the Universidad Compostelana in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. She spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic after earning her first B.A. degree. She holds a second B.A. degree in Secondary Education with a major in Spanish from the University of Wyoming. In 2006 Carmen earned her M.A. in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix.
